Cannabidiol Books

As CBD becomes a more popular product with greater prevalence of use as a source of alleviating stress and anxiety or improving sleep quality, it is only natural that the body of literature surrounding it begins to grow. There is some informative literature out there on cannabidiol oil and we are going to investigate some of the most useful sources currently available.

Before we do, we answer one of the most common questions surrounding CBD, that being, What is CBD?

CBD is short for cannabidiol and is derived from the hemp plant, being an active ingredient in cannabis.
